You may upload this model to VRChat, Chillout VR, or NeosVR. Currently it only comes in a VRChat unity package, i do plan to make a package for CVR, NEOS is unsupported.

You MAY: Take commissions to perform any work on this model, provided both or all parties have purchased the model, modify this model as needed or wanted. You may use it any program that it can be modified to be used in. You may use this model for any Rendering.
VRChat instructions!: IN THIS ORDER!!
1: install the latest VRCSDK
2: Install Dynamic bones (not included)
3: install PoiyomiToonShader (Not Included, was built using 7.1.60)
4: load the "Kobold avatars" Scene
5: login to the SDK using your VRChat credentials
6: pick your favorite kobold and upload!
